Since then he has work as Chinese Executive Chef for NOVOTEL, HILTON and many Chinese Fine Restaurant and Casual Dining Restaurant at Thailand and Vietnam.
His accumulated Culinary Skills extended to Cantonese, Teow Chew, Szechuan and Asian Chinese Cuisines.
