• Hot and cold water: Flow rate or pipe size; pressure and temperature
• ​​​​​​​​​Electrical: Voltage, phase and Load(KW or amps)
• Gas: (load –BTU/hr) and pressure requirements
• Exhaust and Make-Up air flow volumes
